KR villa | 2023
Irkutsk | built
The project is a contemporary villa where laconic geometry, expressive textures of materials, and thoughtful proportions create a sense of solidity and sophisticated simplicity. The architecture strives for clean lines and clarity of expression, combining the aesthetics of minimalism with the comfort of everyday life.
The spatial structure of the house places particular emphasis on interaction with the natural surroundings. Panoramic glazing opens the interiors to the landscape, filling them with light and creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural materials—brick, wood, and concrete—emphasize the architecture's connection to nature and time.
The house is designed as a place of silence and concentration, where every detail is subordinated to the idea of balance and tranquility. This is architecture in which form becomes an extension of the environment, and light is the primary tool for creating an atmosphere of comfort and dignity.
