The region's only fully functioning comfort-class community built in a unified architectural style. The community includes shared infrastructure, including water, electricity, and sewerage systems, designed according to the master plan. Each house was positioned so that views from its windows were not blocked by neighboring houses. Each project also took advantage of the site's sometimes complex topography.

While the community did utilize standard layouts to some extent, each of the 200 projects is largely individual and developed for a specific client. Architectural harmony is achieved through a common style and simple geometry, yet precisely calibrated proportions.

The project also includes public spaces and buildings designed in conjunction with the overall concept of the community. The grounds include a park, a café, a shop, a fitness club, and public baths.
