The site's main distinguishing feature is a desire for quiet luxury. Uladova Park comprises 12 private residences in a contemporary style, each designed for a specific client, yet united by a common architectural concept.

The site itself is an extended strip of land, comprising a street and an embankment. Only small stained-glass windows face the neighboring houses.

The main facades of the houses face the internal street, offering views of the bay and the setting sun. Meanwhile, the interior facades face the forest to the south, filling the bedrooms with light, while simultaneously providing a complete sense of privacy within the site.

The choice of materials was focused on expensive and durable materials: various types of beam clinker bricks, porcelain stoneware, thermally treated wood, and natural stone.
