UL Villa is one of the most expressive and complex projects in the Uladova Park complex. The building's architecture emphasizes its interaction with the natural terrain: due to the significant elevation difference, the building is divided into three levels, each with its own function.

The first level serves as a transitional space between the street and the house, the second unites the utility rooms and the entrance area, and the third is the main living floor, maximally private and open to nature.

The complex geometry of the site dictated the dynamic form of the building, in which the break between the main volume and the garage is resolved through the strict verticality of the pylons made of contrasting materials. As a result, the villa's architecture combines expressive lines, a natural integration into the landscape, and harmony with the surrounding forest.
